Getting Here
Palladium Malmö is located at Södergatan 15A, between Gustav Adolfs Torg and Stortorget.
By bus: Approximately a five-minute walk from Gustav Adolfs Torg, where several of Malmö's city buses stop.
By train: Approximately a 10-minute walk from Central Station and the City Tunnel.
At the Venue
- •The main entrance and refreshments open one hour before each event
- •Cashless – Palladium Malmö is entirely cashless; payment accepted by card or Swish
- •The Main Hall is located at the far end of the foyer
- •Refreshments are served in the Marble Foyer, directly adjacent to the Main Hall
- •The Gold Foyer and balcony are located one flight up. No elevator access – please select orchestra seating if needed
- •Palladium's total capacity is 850 people. The number of seats varies depending on the seating arrangement.
- •The dance studio is located on the 3rd floor and accessed via stairs and elevator in the ticket foyer
- •The cloakroom is located one flight down. For external events, a fee of 25 SEK applies.
- •Restrooms are located half a flight and one flight down. An accessible restroom is available in the foyer
- •Emergency exits are clearly marked with green signs
Accessibility
- •Wheelchair spaces are available and reserved during ticket purchase. Ramp and lift access provided
- •No elevator to the Gold Foyer/balcony – please book orchestra seating if needed
- •Hearing loop available in the Main Hall
- •Accessible restroom located in the foyer
- •Doorbell available at the main entrance for assistance
- •Signage provided for all key facilities and spaces
Refreshments & Bar
- •For most of our events, you may pre-order food and beverages online up to two days in advance
- •Pre-orders for intermission refreshments are also available when applicable
- •On-site pre-orders are accepted subject to availability – please arrive early
Ticket Policy
Everyone attending the event must present a valid ticket. ATTENTION! Always buy your tickets from authorized ticket resellers. Second-hand sites usually sell tickets at higher prices and without guarantee that they are genuine. We do not exchange or replace tickets that have been purchased secondhand.
Any comments on your seats/sightlines must always be made directly on site. After the event is completed, the seats are considered approved by you as a visitor.
Bags
For events organized by Palladium, there is no general bag restriction. Small handbags up to approximately 30 × 30 cm are permitted. Please note that external organizers may apply their own guidelines.
Photography & Film
Photography with mobile cameras for personal use is permitted at most events unless otherwise specified. Please do not use flash.
