Club & Event Manager

We are looking for a sociable, driven and responsible Event & Evening Manager who wants to join the team at Palladium and work during our evenings, concerts, club nights and other events.

Responsibilities:

  • Has experience from events, clubs, bars, nightlife or similar
  • Ideally has some experience of bar work or serving
  • Is sociable, outgoing and has a good network within the music, culture, club or nightlife scene
  • Is responsible, self-motivated and solution-oriented
  • Enjoys taking responsibility and keeping the staff together during the evening
  • Has a feel for service, hospitality and a great guest experience
  • Works easily with colleagues, DJs, artists, security staff and others working on site
  • Thrives on big crowds, a fast pace and quick decisions
  • Has a genuine interest in music, culture, events and nightlife
  • Is flexible and can work evenings, late evenings, nights and weekends

Event Coordinator

As an event coordinator, you are a key person during our concerts and events. You are responsible for welcoming audiences and artists, backstage, ticket control and audience flow in the foyer and main hall.

Responsibilities:

  • Audience and artist service
  • Backstage
  • Ticket control
  • Audience host
  • Bar and cash handling
  • Running and resetting audience and bar areas

Social Media Manager

Are you creative and love social media? We are looking for someone who wants to help us develop Palladium's digital presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Photograph and film
  • Create content for Instagram, Facebook and other channels
  • Publish posts, reels and stories
  • Plan and develop our communication
  • Follow up on and analyse content

Serving Staff

We are looking for more colleagues for our new outdoor terrace and our bars during concerts and other events.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of serving or bar work
  • Is service-minded and positive
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well with others
  • Enjoys meeting people
  • Is flexible and can work evenings and weekends
