The Glenn Miller Orchestra Scandinavia was founded in 2010 under license from Glenn Miller Productions, Inc., New York, USA. Based in Stockholm, the orchestra is led by trombonist Jan Slottenäs and regularly tours Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Widely regarded internationally as one of the finest Glenn Miller orchestras, the ensemble also features a number of talented young jazz musicians, bringing fresh energy to the timeless sound of Glenn Miller.
