Who can I be, how can I be, and what can I be? This is the question posed by Munich-based choreographer Anna Konjetzky in her new work. A body creates its own soundtrack for a journey through different identities, perceptions of self and fantastical characters. The sounds that emerge cast movement in a different light, causing situations to shift and transform in unexpected ways. Images, moods and superpowers, drawn from individual and collective memory, are playfully layered, rearranged and recombined. Through both striking effects and subtle tones, perception is playfully disrupted, sparking curiosity about how we assign meaning and make assumptions. After the performance, there will be a sound and movement workshop!
